MONTREAL–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, today announced that the company has signed an agreement for the sale of its Sunsei® solar vents to a major North American supplier of recreational vehicles beginning in 2009.
