Real Estate v Business We figured that we’d need a lot of rental properties to get us financially free. Somewhere around fifty, actually! There are some people who have done this e.g Steve McKnight who is the author of “From 0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 Years”. This is where I think a lot of these financial commentors are misleading. You are led to believe that you can buy a couple of houses and then you can retire to Queensland, sit in the sun and live off the income. I’m talking about cash
